Magnat Corp. History

  Magnat Corp. was found by Sergey V. Yarkov in 1998 as a Moscow leading vendor in entertainment centers and fast food business. In 1998, more than 15 entertainment clubs and restaurants were opened in Moscow, Sochi and Ufa cities. From 2000 Magnat as a management company operates 30 bars, bowling, restaurants and fast food cafes. One year later,  "RST" company was merged to corporation, which is nowadays the third HoReCa ERP software developer in Russia. In 1998  Magnat Consulting Group was found facing the increasing demand for consulting services and professional purchasing management. During 10 years Magnat's team was combining practical strategic consulting with high value operational services for our customers.
We are very open to cooperation with the leading world machinery builders. 

  As the leading consulting and engineering company for gastronomy and community catering we developed for one decade innovative concepts of feeding for our clients - the biggest catering operators in CIS countries.

  In 2007  Igor Bukharov became the President of Magnat Corp. Famous restaurateur, the Head of Federation of Hoteliers and Restaurateurs of Russia, director of Kremlin central kitchen, the President of Bocuse D'OR Russia, the editor of "Vine" and "Distillatory" magazines is now leading our business to government projects. Magnat Corp. is an expert participator of a National School Lunch Reform in RF. We are leading 7 turn key projects of school's central kitchen construction and equipping.

   There are more than 400 employees in all the Magnat companies. Magnat Consulting Group with it's design&engineering, technological and purchasing departments  has a portfolio of more than 30 central kitchens for retail groups, fast food vendors, air catering companies. We are working in cooperation with the leading Western consulting and engineering companies, such as K&P consulting group (Germany).   

  In 2007 the Government of RF accepted the subsidiaries of more than 250 ml USD for the schools central kitchen reconstruction in 14 Russian cities. Federation of Hoteliers and Restaurateurs of Russia became an official body in monitoring the reform. Magnat Corp. was invited to develop an innovative and modern scheme of feeding children with the centralization and industrialization of all the technological and logistical processes. The new conception based on Cook&Chill technology and shipment of ready meals in plastic casings was accepted in September 2008. Four first central kitchen were planned by our company and the construction works began in Fall 2008.

Gastronrom engineering company is a leading turn key solutions intagrator of cook&chill and food production technologies in Russia nad CIS. On behalf of the company there are more than 50 "turn to key" projects of central kitchens, community and factory catering companies.

Gastronorm is very interested in cooperation with food service equipment producers. We  are open to participation in our engineering projects of any supplier of industrial equipment for central kitchens and community catering. We will be also interested to promote new innovative technologies for stuff, factory catering in Russia and CIS. Our projects assume all the range of services including construction planning, purchasing, equipment assembling, training personnel and project support and we are interested to involve leading producers at any stage.
